In the 2007-08 qualifying period, Greg earned the title of President of the First Investors Chairman's Council—the highest honor that can be achieved by a representative. This accomplishment was the result of many years of hard work and dedication. Greg had placed among the top three representatives in the First Investors Chairman's Council every year since its inception in 1999, but this was the first time he reached the top spot.

Also in 2008, Greg was inducted into the Platinum Level of the First Investors Chairman's Circle. The Circle honors lifetime achievement, and Greg is one of only two representatives who have attained Platinum status at First Investors.
